You don't need this plugin if you don't create or edit anything, don't know what developer mode is, and so on, don't download thoughtlessly.
This small addon will turn the style selector bright red when choosing the main style, warning you that you are currently time to edit the main style.
Install the add-on and it should be activated. There are no settings.
Design mode must be enabled, which will allow you to select master style templates. When viewing these master style templates, the selector should turn red.
