cXF - Enhanced Controls For Approval Queue - Use approval queue controls as sticky element for easier moderation with some extra feature.

Description:
This add-on adds sticky value to the approval queue controls so it's easier to moderate for example long posts. There is also an option in style properties to remove the click to expand so the whole post is always visible.

It also has a style property option to fine adjust the distance from the top edge (for example if you use [cXF] Top Navigation).

It respects the top padding for Sticky...
