I am not sure about the resource design but a little css might be all you need for that.
There are a couple of the similar resources addons floating around but the one I use here is XenVN All-in-One addon.

Not sure I understand what you mean by looking at my forum footer.
I do know that andy's version does not include the ability for real time results when creating a resource.
XenVN's is much more customizable too.

xenvn addon is 1 that cannot be shared you need a license for it
